An experienced senior-level profile with expertise in the following is required: • executive search and search for senior/executive talent • hiring for investment banking / corporate banking / front-office functions • working with demanding stakeholders at the CEO-1 / MD / partners level • building recruitment strategy and managing a complex recruitment pipeline • managing and developing a recruitment team
