What you will be doing:

— Lead a distributed team of 15 recruiters: set goals, prioritize, develop and motivate the team. — Ensure team performance and KPI achievement: speed and quality of vacancy closing, funnel conversion, hiring manager satisfaction. — Build a recruitment analytics and regular reporting system for management: funnels, timelines, hiring costs, bottlenecks, and solutions. — Implement best recruitment practices: sourcing strategies, interview and assessment standards, ATS work, automation and AI tools. — Distribute workload among the team and get involved in the most complex and priority positions. — Work with hiring managers: calibrate profiles, manage expectations, provide reasoned recommendations on candidates. — Develop recruitment processes in different geographies, considering the specifics of local talent markets.

We are looking for someone who:

— Has experience managing a team of recruiters, including a distributed one. — Has a confirmed portfolio of 30+ closed vacancies in various geographies. — Managed hiring through metrics: knows how to build funnels, calculate conversions, and identify bottlenecks. — Implemented recruitment processes and standards, not just worked within an existing system. — Knows how to provide clear analytics to management and defend their decisions with data. — Has C1+ English proficiency. — Is comfortable working remotely in an international environment and is located outside of Russia/Belarus. — Has experience in fintech/high risk/igaming

We are NOT looking for someone who: — Has never managed a team and wants to remain an individual contributor. — Has only worked in one market and one geography. — Dislikes metrics, analytics, and regular reporting. — Expects ready-made processes and is not willing to build and improve the system themselves. — Closes vacancies for the sake of quantity, without assessing hiring quality.
