About the company We are a financial organization Credit24, operating in the Kazakhstan market. We are looking for a recruiter to join our team who knows how to handle a large flow of candidates and manage the hiring process until the employee starts.

▪️What you will do: ▫️Search for candidates and process applications. ▫️Conduct initial video interviews. ▫️Support candidates from the first contact to their start date. ▫️Maintain a candidate database and recruitment reporting. ▫️Meet hiring targets.

▪️What is important to us: ▫️Experience in mass recruitment. ▫️Knowledge of search channels and willingness to test new ones. ▫️Independence, organization, and results orientation.

▪️Conditions: ▫️Work format: fully remote. ▫️Payment: $1500 for the first month, $700+KPI from the second month. ▫️Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
