Recruiter

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Cryptopay! 💙

I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment! Not just finding candidates, but understanding the business, asking good questions, and figuring out how to approach challenging roles.

A few things that matter to us: ▫️ 3+ years of recruitment experience in product companies, including non-tech roles. ▫️Strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage the recruitment process independently. ▫️An analytical mindset and a structured approach to interviewing and candidate assessment. ▫️Great English communication skills, both written and spoken. ▫️Confidence in working with hiring managers and taking ownership of the hiring process. ▫️Curiosity about AI, automation, and ways to make recruitment smarter and more efficient.

Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto would be lovely, but it's not a must. We're happy to meet recruiters from other product companies too.

You'll get to work on a variety of roles across our international fintech business, including some interesting and challenging senior-level positions.
