We are looking for a full-cycle recruiter with experience in mass recruitment in the MFI / Fintech vertical.

Knowledge of the Kazakh language is mandatory!

Key Responsibilities:

🌸Full cycle of recruiting: from receiving a request to the candidate starting work. 🌸Mass recruitment of personnel for line and operational positions. 🌸Handling a large volume of vacancies and candidates, meeting closing deadlines. 🌸Posting vacancies, active search, and utilization of various candidate attraction channels. 🌸Conducting interviews and preliminary candidate assessment. 🌸Organizing interviews and supporting candidates at all stages of selection. 🌸Liaising with hiring managers and clients. 🌸Maintaining a candidate database, reporting, and monitoring key recruitment performance indicators.

Requirements:

💦At least 1 year of experience as a full-cycle recruiter. 💦Mandatory experience in mass recruitment. 💦Experience in the MFI/Fintech vertical. 💦Mandatory knowledge of the Kazakh language — oral and written level sufficient for communication with candidates. 💦Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet vacancy closing deadlines. 💦Skills in active sourcing, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates. 💦Independence, systematic approach, results-orientation.
