Key tasks: • Mass recruitment of employees for the call center: consultants, operators, supervisors • Handling incoming applications and candidate database • Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates • Accompanying candidates until they start work • Achieving hiring KPIs

Who we are looking for: • Recruiting experience of 1 year or more • Mass recruitment experience of 6 months or more • Experience working in financial organizations / MFOs • Knowledge of the Kazakh language • Ability to work with a large flow of candidates and quickly fill positions • Results-oriented and ready to work at a high pace
