Online Microfinance Organization | Kazakhstan

We are an online microfinance organization operating in the Kazakhstan market. We are looking for a Mass Recruitment Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for the active search and hiring of employees for the positions of contact center operators and debt collection specialists.

We need a person who does not wait for applications but knows how to independently find candidates, test new sources, and guide a candidate from the first contact to their start date.

Responsibilities:

• Mass recruitment of contact center operators and collection specialists; • Independently search for candidates on various platforms, social networks, Telegram channels, and other sources; • Process incoming applications and conduct initial interviews; • Test candidates for knowledge of the Kazakh language; • Support candidates at all stages of recruitment until they actually start working; • Work with the recruitment funnel and monitor conversion rates; • Independently search for and test new candidate sources; • Fulfill recruitment plans and maintain the necessary flow of candidates.

What is important to us:

❗️Fluent command of Kazakh and Russian languages is mandatory; • Recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring; • Understanding of where and how to search for candidates in Kazakhstan; • Experience working with job sites, Telegram, social networks, and other search channels; • Strong independent candidate sourcing skills; • Ability to handle a large volume of applications and manage multiple candidates simultaneously; • Results-oriented approach — not just conducted interviews are important to us, but employees starting their work; • Independence and readiness to propose new tools and platforms for sourcing.

Conditions:

• Fully remote work; • Schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00; • Working hours can be agreed upon based on Kazakhstan or Moscow time; • Starting salary: $800–1,500 depending on experience and results; • Clear tasks and the opportunity to directly influence your results; • Work in a growing online financial project.

The main goal of the position is to ensure a stable flow of candidates and fulfill the recruitment plan for contact center and collection operators.
