We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to work with international markets and fill technical positions.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in IT recruitment across international markets. • Proven experience sourcing and attracting IT professionals at various seniority levels. • Proficiency in modern candidate sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and other sourcing techniques. • Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Nice to Have:
• Recruitment experience in FinTech, Gambling, or iGaming. • Understanding of international IT markets and the specifics of hiring technical professionals.
