JobRack in a nutshell

We help business owners around the world hire quality remote team members from Eastern Europe and South Africa. We are a fully remote team of 8.

Clients work with us for three reasons: we find them people they could not find themselves, we give them a lot of help and support to hire successfully, and we are confident enough in our service to offer a one-year guarantee.

We recruit across ecommerce and DTC marketing, creative and paid social, SEO and content, customer support, operations and project management, professional services, legal, executive assistance, finance, sales and tech.

The role

Partner is the important word

Our clients are business owners. They are busy, often hiring for something they have never hired for before, and trusting us with a decision that really matters.

They need someone who sits alongside them, asks the questions they had not thought of, tells them when something will not work, and gets genuinely excited about the person they end up hiring. That is what a Recruitment Partner does.

You will work on all kinds of roles: mostly ecommerce and DTC marketing, creative, SEO and content, customer support, ops and PM, EAs and finance. You will also be the person the team turns to when a role involves engineers, developers, data or product.

You will join a small recruitment team and report to Chelsea, our Recruitment Lead. You will work alongside our Sourcing Specialist, who does the heavy lifting on finding candidates. Your time goes to clients, candidates and getting hires over the line.

What you will own

Look after your clients properly

Run the onboarding call, understand their business, and stay close through the whole process.

Find brilliant people

Work with our Sourcing Specialist to build shortlists that make a client's decision easy.

Take on the tech briefs

Shopify and front-end developers, full-stack web, Python and data engineering, and people building internal tools with AI tools like Replit and Cursor.

Interview like you mean it

Dig past the CV and get to the evidence a client can act on with confidence.

Keep candidates in the loop

Scheduling, tasks and feedback, handled quickly and clearly at every stage.

Say the hard thing kindly

Tell a client when a spec, a budget or a shortlist will not get them the outcome they want.

Own your roles

Drive the strategy, watch the numbers, and take pride in the result.

Your background

What you need to bring

• 5+ years as a recruiter in an agency environment, working internationally.
• Experience with clients in the USA, UK and Europe, with founders and business owners as your direct hiring managers.
• Genuine sourcing ability: boolean, LinkedIn, the lot.
• Experience with ATS systems. We use Workable.
• Enough technical depth to read a technical CV, hold your own with a developer, and tell a client when spec and budget do not line up.
• Active use of AI in your own work, and the judgement to assess it credibly in a candidate.
• Sourcing experience in South Africa and/or Eastern Europe is a strong advantage.

The package

What we offer

• **$3,000-$3,500 USD per month* **
• Full-time
• Fully remote
• Monday to Friday, 8 hours within 8 AM - 8 PM CET (ideally 9 AM - 5 PM CET), with some flexibility for early evening calls with US clients from time to time
• 20 days paid holiday and 5 days paid sick leave per year
• Team retreats
• Real scope to grow as JobRack grows, plus bonuses and profit share
