We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a recruiter who can not only find resumes but truly understand people, build communication, and guide candidates to a successful offer.

✍️What you'll do: — Manage the full recruitment cycle: from taking a brief to the candidate's start date; — Source specialists through LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities, and non-standard channels; — Conduct interviews, assess candidates' competencies and motivation; — Interact with clients, understand business needs, and help find optimal solutions; — Independently manage the candidate pipeline and prioritize vacancies.
