Currently, we are looking for an HR Manager for a large-scale project in a dynamically developing company.
What you will do:
- Search and select specialists for digital companies, using the most unconventional sourcing channels;
- Conduct initial screening, including in English, and professional candidate assessment;
- Maintain candidate database (Huntflow) and communicate with them;
- Communicate with clients and conduct briefings;
- Build partnership relations with clients and candidates;
- Provide reports on the work done.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 1.5 years of recruiting experience;
- Has interesting cases of filling digital and marketing (non-IT) positions;
- Uses LinkedIn, specialized communities, and networks in their work;
- Can conduct high-quality interviews and assess candidates on soft and hard skills;
- Knows English at B2 level or above (it will be necessary to use it in work).
