We are looking for an independent recruiter who is interested in working not only with IT, but also with Advertising / Marketing / Performance.

🔹 What you will do: — Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to candidate's start date — Independently search for specialists via LinkedIn, Telegram, job sites, and other channels — Fill IT and Marketing / Advertising vacancies — Conduct screenings and interviews — Interact with Hiring Managers — Support candidates at all stages — Develop your own talent pool and work with ATS/CRM

🔹 What is important: — Recruitment experience of 2+ years — Full-cycle recruitment experience — Practical experience in hiring IT specialists — Strong sourcing skills — Confident work with LinkedIn — English Intermediate+ — Independence and result orientation
