We are looking for a Full-cycle Recruiter who can independently manage vacancies from receiving the request to the candidate starting work.

The main focus is on international digital and marketing vacancies.

What needs to be done:

— Gather vacancy requirements and form candidate profiles — Analyze the market, competitors, and salary levels — Develop sourcing strategies for different positions — Search for candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and professional communities — Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews — Communicate with candidates and coordinate all stages of selection — Monitor test assignments and deadlines — Prepare offers and support candidates until they start — Hand over candidates for onboarding — Manage vacancies and candidates in ATS/CRM — Analyze search results and prepare reports

What is important:

— 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment — Experience with digital / marketing positions will be a plus: Media Buyer, SEO, SMM, PPC, Content, Influencer, Email Marketing, Affiliate, etc. — Practical sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and social networks — Ability to write personalized and effective outreach messages — Strong communication and negotiation skills — Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and control processes — Experience with ATS/CRM — Independence, systematic approach, and proactivity — English from B1+
