🔥 We are looking for an HR / Recruiter for an international digital project

We need a strong, independent recruiter who knows how to do more than just collect applications, but can find the right people through direct search and networking.

Internally, we have an online school for YouTube and a new production project: launching GTA channels on YouTube and TikTok. We are scaling the team and looking for someone to help quickly assemble key specialists.

What is important: — full-cycle recruitment — experience closing senior and rare positions — strong direct search + personal network — understanding of digital / content / production — English from B2 — experience working with international and remote teams — willingness to work full-time without combining jobs

In our work, we deal with content leads, producers, SMM specialists, reels makers, project managers, and other specialists.
