We are looking for a experienced Recruiter to join our People Operations team and help us attract and hire talented professionals across different functions and markets. Our team consists of three Recruiters and one Recruitment Lead. We all work remotely from different locations, but that doesn’t stop us from staying closely connected every day, backing each other up, and keeping up with all the latest company updates.

This role is open because one of our Recruiters is moving into a new role within the People team. We’re very happy to support their career growth and development, and we’re proud that Muse Group provides opportunities for people to grow and explore new career paths within the company.

While each Recruiter has their main responsibilities, we all have a wide range of skills and knowledge, so we can easily support each other when needed. We also work on different projects and initiatives within the team, which gives us plenty of opportunities to contribute beyond our day-to-day recruitment work.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who will own full-cycle recruitment, primarily for IT-related roles, while also bringing new expertise and perspectives to the team and helping us expand our team knowledge. We’re particularly interested in someone who has hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment — whether for sourcing, candidate research, screening, market mapping, recruitment analytics, content creation, or other parts of the hiring process. You should be curious about how AI is changing recruitment and comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches to make hiring more efficient and improve the candidate experience.

And, of course, a good sense of humor and a positive attitude are important to us. We believe that recruitment is about people, and that having a positive, human, and sometimes fun approach makes a big difference - both within the team and in working with candidates.
