Senior Recruiter
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
Requirements:
- Recruitment delivery: 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Talent sourcing: Strong expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Stakeholder management: Ability to build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers, define hiring strategies, and drive efficient hiring decisions.
- Candidate assessment: Strong interviewing and evaluation skills with the ability to identify the best match based on competencies, motivation, and business needs.
- Recruitment analytics: Experience using recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Funnel Conversion, etc.) to improve hiring performance and optimize recruitment processes.
- Process improvement & AI: Experience improving recruitment workflows and leveraging AI tools to increase sourcing efficiency, automate routine tasks, and enhance candidate experience.
- Communication & ownership: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Own hiring results: Deliver hiring targets by achieving agreed recruitment KPIs, including Hiring Plan Completion, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring high-quality hiring across multiple business functions.
- Own challenging searches: Drive recruitment for complex, niche, and business-critical roles through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and creative talent acquisition strategies.
- Partner with the business: Build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers, define hiring strategies, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and facilitate efficient hiring decisions.
- Deliver outstanding candidate experience: Build long-term relationships with candidates while ensuring transparent, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously improve recruitment: Experiment with new sourcing approaches, AI tools, and recruitment methodologies to increase hiring speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Make data-driven decisions: Monitor recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize hiring processes based on business needs and recruitment analytics.
