• Build the Unimatch Lab HR brand through professional communities and direct candidate communication

💪 Required qualifications

• Experience running full-cycle executive recruiting for engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics, marketing, sales roles
• Hands-on international recruiting(USA, MENA, EU, LATAM): search, selection, assessment, and outreach
• Hands-on recruiting in startups: high ownership, building hiring from scratch, working directly with founders, and operating in ambiguity and pace
• Ability to run screening and interviews on hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and culture fit
• Experience keeping a recruiting funnel and reporting conversions, sources, and time-to-fill
• Comfort working with hiring managers on priorities, role profiles, and feedback
• Working command of search and automation tools used in this role: LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Notion, Claude (Expected level: authoring custom agent skills from scratch)
• English B2 at least
