Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will own the full recruitment cycle across multiple departments, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, identify top talent, and ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience.

This is a role for someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to grow, someone with a strong ownership mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and continuously improving how we hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple teams (Product, Marketing, Tech, Operations, etc.)
• Candidate experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout the hiring process
• Stakeholder collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Talent sourcing: Proactively identify and engage strong candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Pipeline building: Create and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Process improvement: Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and efficiency
• Market awareness: Stay updated on hiring trends and talent availability across key markets

Your Skills

• 2-4+ years of recruitment experience (any industry, not limited to tech)
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working across multiple roles and departments at the same time
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset and ability to improve processes through feedback and data
