🎯 Responsibilities: ⁃ Full cycle recruitment for engineering and business roles ⁃ Partnership with hiring managers of Lead level and above ⁃ Development of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives ⁃ Participation in industry conferences, events, and community activities

✨ Requirements: ⁃ 3+ years of experience in international recruitment for IT and business teams ⁃ Strong sourcing skills and understanding of the talent market ⁃ Experience collaborating with hiring managers at all levels ⁃ Startup experience, proactivity, and accountability for results ⁃ English B2+ spoken and written

🎤 Interview stages: HR screening (45 min) → Case Task (1-3 hours) → Interview with Chief of Staff (45 min) → Call with CEO (30 min)
