Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer acceptance.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure an excellent hiring experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
