We are looking for a Recruiter in an international recruitment agency to work with vacancies in the iGaming, High-Risk, Crypto areas.

Responsibilities: • Managing the full recruitment cycle - from taking the request to the candidate's start date
• Active search for specialists via LinkedIn, Telegram, job platforms, and other channels
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates
• Primarily working with complex and niche positions
• Maintaining communication with candidates at all stages
• Building and developing your own candidate database
• Working with multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Maintaining recruitment process reporting

Who we are looking for: • Experience in recruitment
• Experience recruiting in iGaming / Crypto / FinTech / High-Risk will be a significant advantage
• Ability to independently perform sourcing and find candidates outside standard job sites
• Good communication and interviewing skills
• Result-oriented and able to work with challenging vacancies
• English language proficiency will be an advantage
