🚀 We are looking for freelance recruiters for the markets of Poland and Tajikistan!

We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced freelance recruiters who will help us find strong candidates for the Support Manager positions.

Poland We are looking for a recruiter who knows the Polish market and can attract candidates with the following requirements:

• at least 3 months of experience in chat support;
• fluent in Polish;
• knowledge of English or Russian;
• willingness of candidates to undergo paid training;

Tajikistan We are looking for a recruiter with experience in searching for specialists in the Tajik market. It will be an advantage:

• understanding of the local labor market;
• at least 3 months of experience in chat support;
• fluent in Tajik;
• knowledge of English or Russian;
• own candidate database or effective search channels;
• experience in mass recruitment or recruitment of customer support specialists.
