I'm currently looking for two HR professionals to join a fast-growing international DTC brand: Recruiter / Sourcer and HR Manager.

1. Recruiter / Sourcer

We're looking for someone who can own high-volume hiring end-to-end across Creative, Growth, and Operations.

The ideal candidate: • Has recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in tech, performance marketing, or iGaming. • Is strong at outbound sourcing and knows how to proactively find and engage candidates, rather than relying on job postings. • Can manage a high volume of hiring and move quickly without compromising execution. • Takes full ownership, communicates fast, and doesn't need constant direction. • Has fluent English and can confidently conduct interviews independently.
