Freelance HR Sourcer

We are seeking a Freelance HR Sourcer with at least one year of experience to identify and engage potential candidates. The ideal candidate has expertise in outreach strategies, targeting relevant communities, and sourcing relatable talent. Fluency in English and Russian is preferred to effectively communicate and network within diverse candidate pools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and research potential candidate pools and relevant communities
2. Conduct targeted outreach to engage passive and active candidates
3. Build and maintain relationships with talent communities to source quality candidates
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
5. Screen candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job criteria
6. Maintain accurate sourcing records and candidate data
7. Provide timely updates on sourcing activity and candidate pipelines

Requirements

1. Minimum of one year experience as an HR Sourcer or similar recruiting role
2. Proven ability to effectively outreach to candidates and relevant communities
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Familiarity with sourcing tools and social media platforms
5. Ability to work independently as a freelance contributor
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

1. Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken
