🔥 Fenixcall is looking for a RECRUITER We are an international remote call center, working with European markets in the nutra sphere. We are looking for a recruiter who genuinely enjoys complex searches, targeted selection, and direct hunting.

What you will do: — manage vacancies from the manager's request to the candidate's start date; — independently determine the search strategy; — search for candidates through hh.ru, Telegram, professional communities, and other channels; — engage in direct search and hunting; — find and attract passive candidates; — conduct initial interviews and assess candidates; — support candidates at all stages; — interact with managers and monitor the vacancy closing process.

We are looking for you if: — you have 1+ year of experience in recruiting; — you can independently close vacancies; — you are confident in search and hunting techniques; — you are not afraid of complex and non-standard vacancies; — you can quickly find the right people and achieve results in selection; — you are ready to independently build work processes and propose your solutions. International recruitment experience will be a big plus.
