What you will do: — manage the full recruitment cycle; — work directly with hiring managers; — search and evaluate candidates, including for challenging and niche positions; — form candidate pools for key areas; — work with Huntflow and recruitment analytics; — participate in recruitment automation; — use AI tools for candidate search, communications, and funnel analysis.
Who we are looking for: — 3+ years of recruitment experience in FMCG / Beauty / Retail / E-commerce; — understanding of commercial, marketing, and e-commerce functions; — strong direct search and candidate assessment skills; use of various hiring sources — systematic approach, independence, and focus on business results; — experience working with ATS, preferably Huntflow; — interest in AI and recruitment automation; — interest in FMCG / Beauty / E-commerce and understanding the specifics and dynamics of these markets.
Cooperation format: — civil law contract employment — hybrid/remote format for candidates from other cities and countries, time difference with Moscow time — no more than 3 hours — income level is discussed individually and depends on experience and qualifications
