Role Information

• Work Location: Remote
• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift.
• Working hours: 9am- 6pm EST (negotiable)
• Job Duration: ongoing project, no end date
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be providing essential support to our HR department through the following activities:

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support: You'll be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements on specialized platforms and social media. You will then review incoming resumes and conduct direct searches to identify potential candidates for both full-time and freelance positions.
• Interviews Coordination: You will act as the point of contact for scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and our hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.
• Onboarding Coordination: You will help organize and manage the onboarding process for new hires. This involves preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring their first days with us are seamless and engaging.
