Recruiting IT, Marketing, and B2B Interns
We are looking for a Project HR/Recruiter to take on the full cycle of candidate search and selection for the next 2 months, allowing the core team to focus on the product and operational tasks.
Work Format
Project duration – 2 months
Employment – part-time, non-full-time
Workload estimation:
~60 hours per month
Language – English (working) - most candidates are English-speaking
Who to Hire
You will be responsible for the search and selection of:
- IT specialists (freelancers and interns – backend, frontend, QA, product support as needed) - all countries
- B2B sales - Malaysia
- Marketing interns (Dubai)
- B2B interns (support for client and partner processes) (Dubai)
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from brief to final shortlist
- Prepare and publish job postings (LinkedIn, Telegram, specialized platforms and communities) - there are already candidates for the first wave
- Conduct active sourcing, especially for IT roles
- Manage the candidate pipeline
- Conduct initial screening (asynchronous and short interviews if necessary), use testing platforms for interns
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting IT specialists and/or interns
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, communities, referrals)
- Ability to work quickly and structurally
- Proficiency in using software assessment platforms
- Good spoken English
- Startup experience – a plus
Payment (USD, hourly)
- 2-month project – freelance contract
- Expected rate: $12–15 per hour (depending on experience)
- Estimated project budget: ~$1,080–$1,350 USD
- Payment – monthly based on actual confirmed hours (Time & Material)
