📍 Location Remote 💰 Compensation $1300–2000/month + performance-based bonuses (Final offer depends on experience and interview results)

🕘 Working Schedule Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00 (GMT+3)

🌍 English B1+ (written communication & candidate interaction)

👤 Experience Required 1–3 years in full-cycle recruitment

Own the entire recruitment process and help scale international teams across Technology and Digital Marketing functions. From sourcing to onboarding — you’ll have direct impact on hiring quality and business growth.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Partner with hiring managers and define hiring needs ✔️ Build sourcing strategies and generate qualified pipelines ✔️ Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments ✔️ Coordinate interview stages and stakeholder communication ✔️ Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding ✔️ Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and recruitment analytics ✔️ Improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ✔️ Proven experience hiring for IT and/or Digital Marketing positions ✔️ Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray) ✔️ Experience working with ATS / CRM systems ✔️ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously ✔️ Strong communication and ownership mindset ✔️ English level B1+
