What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fastpaced or high-growth environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of successfully closing mid-to-senior level positions, ideally in finance, investment, or tech-related fields
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
• Ability to bring structure and clarity into your work, maintaining well-organized processes and accurate data across all hiring stages
• Entrepreneurial and persuasive, with a “recruiter-as-sales” mindset: knows how to pitch opportunities and win top candidates
• Skilled in structured interviewing and modern assessment techniques, with an ability to match people to roles beyond just the CV

This position is fully remote, with employment based in Tashkent. Please note that working from Russia and Belarus is not supported for this role.
