Looking for a Talent Sourcer / Researcher for an international fintech team. We are developing payment and digital products for foreign markets and are actively seeking specialists from companies in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, and other Tier 1 countries.

We need a strong researcher / sourcer who can understand a new industry, find the right companies and people, and build a search strategy.

Responsibilities: — Sourcing specialists in the international market: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe — Finding people from specific companies, teams, and industries for business needs — Working with LinkedIn, Google / X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, professional communities, and databases — Finding candidate contacts and initiating cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels — Conducting initial qualification based on experience, seniority, and role requirements — Independently forming search queries, target company lists, and search strategies — Analyzing the effectiveness of channels and outreach, testing new sourcing approaches — Working with various domains: FinTech, Payments, Product, AI / ML, SaaS, Consumer Tech, Business

Requirements: — 1+ year of experience as a Sourcer / Talent Sourcer / Researcher / Recruiter / Analyst — Proficient in LinkedIn, preferably with a warm account — Boolean Search and X-Ray Search skills — English B2-C1 for working with English-speaking profiles and communication — Bonus points for: experience sourcing specialists in FinTech / Payments / Banking / SaaS / Consumer Tech

Conditions: Remote, 5/2, from $1000 (700 fixed + KPI + bonuses)
