What you will do: — Search and select specialists for digital companies; — Work with LinkedIn and non-standard search channels; — Conduct screenings and interviews; — Present candidates to clients; — Conduct briefings and maintain communication with clients; — Manage vacancies and candidates in Huntflow; — Oversee the full hiring cycle.

What is important for us: — Recruitment experience of 2+ years; — Experience in hiring specialists for digital companies for non-IT and marketing positions; — Strong sourcing skills; — Ability to conduct structured interviews; — Understanding of the digital market; — English language proficiency at B2+ level; — Independence and a desire to develop.
