APERCON is looking for a** Head of International Recruitment **to lead recruitment operations and develop talent acquisition across key markets. The role involves managing recruitment processes, developing sourcing strategies, working with senior stakeholders, and ensuring effective hiring across multiple international markets.

🔍 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment leadership roles (Head of TA, Head of Recruiting, Recruitment Director, Head of agency) • Proven experience hiring senior and managerial positions • Mandatory iGaming experience • Strong knowledge of European and CIS talent markets • Experience managing recruitment teams and processes • Strong communication skills and confident interaction with senior management • English — Upper-Intermediate+

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international recruitment strategies • Lead hiring across Europe, and other international markets • Manage recruitment for senior and key business positions • Build and optimize sourcing and hiring processes • Lead and develop the recruitment team • Work closely with C-Level and senior management on hiring priorities
