I'm looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join my small but mighty TA team in iGaming 🚀

What you'll actually do: 📁 Full-cycle hiring for mid+ and some executive-level roles 📁 Cross-border searches across Europe, Armenia and Brazil 📁 ~80% non–IT: Marketing, Risk, Payments, Operations, HR, VIP, Customer Success and more 📁 Around 5-6 vacancies at a time, of different complexity 📁 Fully remote (located in: PL/BG/LT/LV/AL/RS/ES/IT/PT/RO/CZ/GE/MD)

How we work: 💬 We run intakes like detectives and ask the uncomfortable questions upfront 💬 Ghosting is not in our vocabulary, ever 💬 Asking for help is normal, and we celebrate every accepted offer

You're probably our person if you: ✅ Have 2+ years in iGaming and know the niche ✅ Have solid full-cycle experience, ideally with some mid+/executive search ✅ Speak fluent English (B2–C1) and Ukrainian/Russian natively ✅ Can push back on a hiring manager kindly but firmly
