VBET is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will have the opportunity to manage vacancies across our international regions, including the EU, Brazil, Ukraine and Armenia.
📝 The Role Framework:
- Portfolio: Non-Technical (80%) and Technical (20%) vacancies across Marketing, Customer Support, Risks, Finance, Legal, Compliance and other departments
- Geographic Mix: High focus on international recruitment (e.g., SE, UK, NL, RO, BR, UA) with periodic involvement in local hiring
- Work Type: This is an remote position.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hire and efficient delivery
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking, specifically within the international market.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide market insights
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and handle operational tasks related to the hiring flow
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives
✅ Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Experience in executive search
