📍Work remotely or office in Limassol (except RU)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Recruiter;
- 1+ years of experience in iGaming industry in international markets;
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding;
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze and present recruitment metrics and create detailed reports;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry, trends, and the latest recruitment tools;
- English Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our organization’s needs and objectives;
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of highly skilled candidates for a range of roles, with a special focus on marketing positions;
- Create, analyze, and present regular recruitment reports that provide insights into hiring trends, candidate experience, and the overall effectiveness of our recruitment strategies;
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand specific job requirements and team goals;
- Enhance candidate experience by ensuring our recruitment process is transparent, fair, and consistent;
- Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruitment practices
