🚀 Looking for a recruiter in iGaming / Gambling (remote)
There is an interesting role in a group of companies (NDA) — iGaming, professional sports, poker. The company is currently growing rapidly and building HR processes from scratch.
We are looking for a recruiter who wants not just to fill vacancies, but to influence processes and build recruitment.
What needs to be done: — Fill vacancies (iGaming + back-office) — More than adequate workload — Full cycle: from sourcing to offer — Work in conjunction with the HRD — Participation in building recruitment processes (ATS, funnels, etc.)
Important: — 2–3 years of recruitment experience — Experience in gambling / iGaming is mandatory — Experience working with different types of vacancies — Readiness to work in conditions where processes are still being formed
Conditions: — Remote, part-time is possible — First 3 months — crypto, further discussed
