We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter who can independently handle complex positions, work with international clients, and influence hiring quality.
What you will do: — Close Senior / Lead / C-level positions in full cycle; — Conduct in-depth briefings with clients, identify the real business needs, and form a search strategy — Develop effective approaches to candidate search and assessment — Analyze the hiring funnel and improve processes based on data — Act as a partner for clients in making hiring decisions
We are looking for someone who: — Has experience in iGaming recruitment — Has a B2+ level of English - must have — Knows how to work with international search and LinkedIn — Is accustomed to taking responsibility for results and independently building processes.
