Position: Senior Recruiter (iGaming)

Work format: Remote, full-time.

We are looking for a strong Senior Recruiter with experience in iGaming who understands the market and knows how to find specialists for buying and arbitrage teams. This is a key focus of the role.

Key responsibilities: • Full cycle recruitment of specialists for iGaming projects. • Filling vacancies in Media Buying, Affiliate, and arbitrage teams. • Searching for candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, X-Ray Search, and other channels. • Conducting interviews and accompanying candidates until they start. • Interacting with hiring managers and participating in the development of recruitment processes.

Who we are looking for: • Recruiter experience of 3 years or more, Senior level. • Proven successful hiring experience in Media Buying / Affiliate / Arbitrage is mandatory. • Understanding of the iGaming market and the specifics of key roles. • Strong sourcing skills and ability to independently manage vacancies. • English language will be an advantage.
