What you will do: — Full cycle of recruiting managers and team leads (from map-ping to offer). — Direct contact with business sponsors: you don't just provide resumes, but convey an objective picture of the market (ranges, trends, competitor activity) to adjust the hiring strategy on the fly. — Proactive search and formation of a passive candidate pipeline.

What we expect: — At least 3 years of experience in iGaming (mandatory). — Impeccable oral and written communication. Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, defend expertise in front of C-level. — Negotiation skills with "stars". — Fluent English.
