The team

We're a small but mighty TA team — the kind where everyone knows what everyone else is working on, and asking for help is normal, not a sign of weakness. No lone-wolf recruiting here. We jump on calls to sanity-check a tricky search, share sourcing tricks, and celebrate offers accepted like the small wins they are.

What you'll be doing

• Full-cycle recruitment — from intake call to offer, plus a smooth pre-boarding handoff, mostly for mid+ and some executive-level roles
• Cross-border hiring — candidates and hiring managers across Europe, plus Armenia and Brazil
• Ownership of ~5 vacancies at a time, of varying complexity
• Real partnership with hiring managers — shaping hiring strategy, calibrating expectations, occasionally talking people out of unicorn job specs
• Room to grow beyond sourcing — employer branding projects, hiring manager
• Vacancy mix – roughly 20% IT and 80% non-IT, spanning Marketing, Risk, Operations, HR, Payments, Customer Support, VIP, and more

You might be a great fit if you

• Have solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with some exposure to mid+/executive search
• Have at least 2 years of experience in iGaming and understand the specifics of this niche
• Are fluent in English (B2-C1), with Ukrainian/Russian as your native language
• Are comfortable working across multiple countries and time zones
• Genuinely enjoy the "people" part of recruitment, not just the logistics
• Can hold your ground with hiring managers when needed, but do it kindly
• Have a sense of humor (we're serious about this one — recruitment is stressful enough)

Hiring process for this role

Intro call with recruiter — ~45 min / Intro call with Head of TA — ~45 min / Final call with CHRO – ~30 min / Team call – upon request / Background check / Offer
