About the vacancy

We are looking for an experienced Full-cycle Recruiter with a successful track record in iGaming who can effectively fill vacancies of various levels and work in a dynamic international team. If you have a deep understanding of the iGaming market specifics, know how to find strong candidates, and want to grow in one of the fastest-growing niches — we will be happy to see you in our team.

Responsibilities

• Full recruitment cycle: from receiving the request to the candidate's start date.
• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and other channels.
• Conducting initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Interaction with Hiring Managers at all stages of recruitment.
• Candidate support until their start date.
• Maintaining candidate database and ATS.
• Simultaneously filling multiple vacancies.

Our expectations

• Recruiter experience from 2 years.
• Mandatory experience in recruiting for the iGaming sector.
• Experience filling vacancies of various levels (Media Buyers, Affiliate Managers, Recruiters, HR, Designers, Developers, Finance, Operations, etc.).
• English language at least level B1.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Telegram, job boards, and modern search tools.
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and results-orientation.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
