HR generalist / people ops

We are looking for an HR to build the people function from scratch 🚀

Naran is an international mobility and fintech startup, headquartered in Dubai. We are growing rapidly, and we need someone to take charge of everything related to people. The work is remote, in the GMT+3 time zone.

What we need: ✔️ 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist / people ops, preferably in a startup ✔️ full-cycle recruiting experience ✔️ English from B2 (Spanish or French will be a plus) ✔️ ability to build processes from scratch, without ready-made instructions ✔️ interest in AI tools and readiness to automate routine tasks
