This is a role for a strong recruitment leader who can build a systematic recruitment function, manage a high workload, and improve hiring quality. Responsibilities include organizing recruitment for office and mass positions, simultaneously managing a pool of up to 150 vacancies, managing a team of recruiters, and independently closing key and complex roles.

Key Requirements: — Over 3 years of experience in a managerial recruitment position. — Experience managing a significant volume of vacancies and high-paced recruitment. — Skills in building, standardizing, and improving recruitment processes. — Experience managing a team of recruiters. — Practical experience in candidate assessment: interviews, testing, assessment procedures. — Proficient in Executive Search for closing complex and key roles. — Experience in developing and implementing onboarding programs. — Maturity, independence, strong communication and management skills.

The position reports directly to the HR Director.
