— Development and implementation of HR strategy — Full cycle of HR functions: Building effective systems for recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, and motivation of personnel. — Formation of corporate culture and values. — Close collaboration with the heads of all departments — Ensuring full compliance of personnel records management and all HR processes with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
We expect from the candidate: — Successful experience as Head of HR for at least 5 years (STRICTLY: only from manufacturing, engineering, service maintenance, or construction contracting). — Real experience in building processes "from scratch" or scaling experience — Willingness to dive into operational tasks
