HR Business Partner (Crop Production)
Agropromkomplektatsiya agro-industrial holding is looking for an HR Business Partner (Crop Production).

Responsibilities:
- Implementation and development of HR strategies in accordance with the company's business goals
- Support for heads of departments in personnel management issues
- Analysis and optimization of employee recruitment, onboarding, and development processes
- Participation in the implementation of staff motivation and retention programs
- Monitoring compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP in large manufacturing companies with a staff of 1000+ people.
- Experience in the field of crop production
- Knowledge of core HR functions
- Ability to build effective communication
- Willingness to work in a constantly changing environment and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Willingness to relocate to Tver Oblast
