HR Business Partner (Crop Production)

Agropromkomplektatsiya agro-industrial holding is looking for an HR Business Partner (Crop Production).

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and development of HR strategies in accordance with the company's business goals
• Support for heads of departments in personnel management issues
• Analysis and optimization of employee recruitment, onboarding, and development processes
• Participation in the implementation of staff motivation and retention programs
• Monitoring compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP in large manufacturing companies with a staff of 1000+ people.
• Experience in the field of crop production
• Knowledge of core HR functions
• Ability to build effective communication
• Willingness to work in a constantly changing environment and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Willingness to relocate to Tver Oblast
