HR Business Partner at SIBUR Company Corporate Center

SIBUR Corporate Center is looking for an HR Business Partner to become a partner for the heads of logistics, supply chain management, procurement, economics and finance, and other functions.

This is a role for someone who is interested in influencing the business, not just supporting HR processes.

What you will do:

• Be a strategic partner to function heads;
• Support organizational changes and transformation;
• Work with organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership team development;
• Make decisions based on data and analytics;
• Together with the business, seek answers to questions of organizational efficiency, development, and sustainability.
