BIOCAD biotechnology company is looking for an HR Business Partner.
We are seeking an HR Partner who can identify hidden risks, find growth points within teams and processes, and transform complexity into a sustainable system that operates under constant uncertainty.
What you will do:
- Identify opportunities and risks within the business to strengthen teams and prevent disruptions in a timely manner: notice where competencies are lacking, where a team is overloaded, and where upcoming changes already require a different approach to people and structure.
- Find bottlenecks in processes and teams to initiate changes before they start to hinder results: propose practical solutions – from restructuring teamwork to improving the quality of management decisions.
- Support transformations and business projects so that changes don't remain at the idea level: explain the logic of decisions, build support among key participants, and reduce resistance until actual implementation.
- Communicate with managers and experts using facts so that decisions are based on data and cause-and-effect relationships, not intuition: this is especially important in the biotechnology environment.
We expect you to:
- Have experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic or science and technology environment.
- Have supported changes and business projects – know how to bring initiatives to fruition.
- Understand business metrics and be able to explain their impact on people and structure decisions.
- Be able to work with conflicts and act as a mediator between parties with different interests.
- Deeply immerse yourself in the business context and communicate with the team using data, not generalities.
