The partner marketing ecosystem LuckyGroup is looking for an HR Business Partner (Media Buying).
LuckyTeam is a multi-vertical media buying agency with a stable infrastructure, unlimited investment, practical expertise, and traffic volumes from various sources.
What you will be doing:
- Analyzing project needs: constant monitoring and analysis of current and emerging personnel needs of the project, including competencies, resources, motivation levels, and employee satisfaction
- Risk forecasting: timely detection of signals of crises, burnout, demotivation, turnover, or inefficient processes
- Initiating changes: maintaining an open dialogue with team leaders and key employees to promptly identify “bottlenecks”, growth points, and internal team requests for potential changes in team composition, structure, or interaction
- Coordinating with recruiting: defining candidate requirements, participating in interviews for key roles
- HR administration and support of HR processes
- Preparing HR metrics: analytics on turnover, adaptation effectiveness, identifying causes, proposing changes/improvements
- Full cycle support of vacancies from the manager's request to the employee's start: analyzing project needs
Candidate expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP/HRD in the digital sphere is required
- Ability to maintain effectiveness and achieve goals in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in building HR processes, understanding market best practices
- Data analysis skills (HR metrics, analytics)
- Experience in implementing changes and managing resistance
- Ability to build trusting relationships with managers
- Systems thinking, proactivity, results orientation
