📢 We are looking for an HR Business Partner with excellent Russian (and English) language skills

For our client – an international company in the field of high-tech medical solutions – we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work in close partnership with managers and teams in Bulgaria and Central Asian countries. The role is based in Sofia (hybrid).

The role includes:

• consulting and supporting managers
• recruitment and management of the entire employee lifecycle
• performance and talent management
• employee development and retention
• HR analytics and work with key indicators
• implementation of international HR policies and practices

We are looking for: A professional with solid HRBP or HR Generalist experience, very good command of Russian and English, and willingness for occasional business trips in the Central Asian region.
